| This is our highest level of service. Schools have a case manager maintaining your child's paperwork, so why shouldn't you? We will meet with you and discuss the Special Education process, monitor progress with the school, regularly communicate with appropriate school staff, attend meetings as needed, and be on-call as a valuable resource to you.
